SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipments are made from Kigali, Rwanda.
We currently only ship to the East African countries of Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Burundi, North American countries of USA and Canada, and Europe. For shipping requests outside these regions please contact us at support@inzuki.com - All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.
- Orders from Kenya and Uganda are delivered via DHL or through inter-country buses. The customer can make their preferred choice of delivery. Rates are determined by weight and destination and automatically calculated at checkout.
- All other orders, including Tanzania, Burundi, USA, Canada and other European countries are shipped via DHL ‘International priority’. Rates are determined by weight and destination and automatically calculated at checkout. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once an international shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will vary from one country to another.

- Lost or stolen packages; If your shipment is lost or stolen we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we cannot be responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
- This section sets out our returns and refund policy for products purchased on our website.
- Our policy is to consistently endeavour for the complete satisfaction of our customers. In light of that, we are happy to refund your purchase if such refund request complies with the requirements of this section.
- We will gladly accept returns on full priced items. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you follow this procedure to return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Marked down items or items purchased with a discount code are final sale. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see below for the correct return procedure.
Procedure for Returns
- We will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please email Return Requests to support@inzuki.com to receive a ‘Return Authorisation’. A ‘Return Authorisation’ must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in your return request. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Your return package must be post marked within 7 days of receiving your ‘Return Authorisation’.
Refund of payment
Once we have received your approved return in original condition we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Excluded Products and multi buy offers
- All sample sales, coupon/ discount promotions & promotional sales are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- No refund is given on items paid for with gift cards.
- For items purchased in multi buy offers such as 2 for 1, buy one get one 50% off, etc, you must return all items purchased under the offer for a full refund as we will not refund on part purchase.
- Please note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for any products being returned by the customer that are lost and/or damaged in the post. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any such products being returned are safely packaged and are being delivered by a reputable company.

Returns shipping fees
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for return of any products.
Currency of refund
If a customer returns a product purchased on our store any requested refund shall be made in the currency in which the product was originally purchased.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Price changes
Prices for products displayed on the website may be changed without notice, and we will endeavour to highlight such price changes on the Site. However such price changes will not apply to products that have already been ordered prior to the update of the relevant product prices.
